- Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You set up an account automatically when you place an order at JAD FINE JEWELRY and this will give you the benefit to review your purchases, to track your order, to add articles that you love to your wish list and to save your address and card details for your next purchase.
- Will my credit card information be protected?
Our website uses the latest technology in SSL encryption ( COMODO SECURE SSL certificate ) that provides a highly protected transmission of your card details. The encrypted data is only deciphered when used by the payment system.
- Will my personal information be kept private?

- How long will it take to receive my order?
IN STOCK items will ship within 2 to 5 days, after your card has been charged, with our shipping partner Fedex. Delivery time depends on your location / custom procedure. As soon as your purchase has been shipped you will receive an e-mail from us with the Fedex tracking number and a link to personally check the status of your order.
MADE TO ORDER items are manufactured specifically for you and production times are usually 4 – 6 weeks.
- Will my receipt be send to me separately from my purchase?
Your package with your purchase will contain a delivery slip for your order but without listing prices. Your receipt will be posted separately to you unless you have informed us by e-mail or on the phone that you do not wish to receive any receipt for your order.
- Is it possible for me to pay for my order with several credit cards?
We accept only one form of payment / creditcard for one single order. However, if your order consists of several items we suggest for you to place multiple orders, one for each item, and pay for each of these separate orders with a separate form of payments / creditcard.
- Is it possible for me to change the form of payment or the type of delivery for my order, after it has been confirmed?
Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any payment or delivery changes.
- Will I be able to cancel my order, or return my purchase for a refund?
IN STOCK items can be cancelled or returned within 14 days of receiving the merchandise if you are a resident of the EU and if they are in undamaged condition, unused and with all the JAD tags still attached. Return shipment costs are the obligation of the buyer. However, we are not in the position to refund MADE TO ORDER items as they have been manufactured for you specifically. Cancellation of MADE TO ORDER items can be performed only as long as the production has not been initiated.
- Will I have to pay any extra cost for taxes and custom duties?
Within Europe and the U.S. all costs are included in our website prices. All other destinations will be evaluated by our customer service before confirmation to whether they will be delivered on DDP or DDU basis. Total extra charges will be calculated and you will be fully informed by e-mail or over the phone before shipping.
- What will I do when I receive a damaged item?
In the unlikely event that the parcel is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you inspect goods prior to releasing the courier or refuse the delivery. If an item you have received is damaged, please contact [email protected]ejewelry.com and include images of all damage within your inquiry to expedite the mitigation process. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible for detailed guidance on how to proceed.
